igure 1: The 13th AAAH Conference Framework
The three-day event, starting with a site visit around Vientiane and 2 days of main conference, will prioritise strengthening health workforce resilience through competence and commitment, with a focus on the One Health approach, digital readiness, and public health collaboration. Delegates will engage in site visits, interactive workshops, and strategic discussions aimed at integrating digital tools and cross-sector collaboration to enhance preparedness for future public health emergencies.
Resilience efforts should strengthen the system, not strain health workers. Our collaborative approach must target systemic resilience, enabling our health workforce to remain strongly committed and competent
